Saint Germain Boucles de Seine unveils its treasures: the precious blue of the River Seine and valuable materials from the land, such as the stone that played an important role in the history of our villages.

Morning:
- Carrières-sur-Seine, an atypical village on the banks of the Seine
Travel back through the centuries via this unspoilt village on the edge of the river.
It was thanks to Suger, the Abbot of Saint-Denis and principal advisor to King Louis VI "Le Gros" that Carrières-sur-Seine was properly established. Through the course of history, the inhabitants have been stone cutters, winegrowers or producers of button mushrooms. The guided tour takes you from the Seine river to the church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, via the troglodyte dwellings.

Lunch

Afternoon
- Cruise with commentary on the loops of the Seine
This cruise will take you from Carrières-sur-Seine to Le Pecq via the islands of Chatou, Bougival and Port-Marly. The guide will tell you all there is to know as you enjoy the landscapes that so inspired the Impressionists!
