The association "Les Amis des Jardins Croissillons" has created a botanical adventure park, a relaxation area and a children's play area behind the Château Chanorier.

Chanorier park covers nearly a hectare. Its vast lawn is ideal for ball games and other activities, sunbathing, and picnics. There are two alleys lined with lime-trees and around one hundred fruit trees of all kinds, mainly apple, pear and cherry, in espalier or natural crown form.

A kitchen garden of 180 m² has been created and is managed by the association Les Amis des Jardins Croissillons. There is also a market garden made up of two land parcels at the bottom of the Parc Chanorier, as well as an educational compost corner.

An informal arrangement permits visits on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2 pm to 5 pm, depending on weather conditions. On advance booking, a volunteer welcomes Croissy inhabitants who learn about gardening techniques, and the cultivation and upkeep of the park's numerous fruit trees. In addition, some more specific, seasonal workshops are organised at the Parc Chanorier.

The harvested fruit is shared out between participants and people in need. Whenever nature is allowed to flourish, the joint effort is rewarded.

The dates, venues and topics of the workshops are indicated on the kitchen garden notice board and on the website of the town hall of Croissy-sur-Seine (www.croissy.com).

A new parcel devoted to beehives was created in Spring 2015.
