A stone's throw from the Château de St Germain en Laye, in an original setting, Le Manège is a traditional restaurant serving French cuisine. Everything is homemade.

With its stones and beams, enamel plates from the beginning of the century to the 1950s adorn the walls. French flavored cuisine gives the restaurant a bistro style. In addition, the restaurant has the title of “Maître-restaurateur”, awarded by the State to traditional catering professionals to reward their excellence in terms of quality of service, hospitality and hygiene.
