For over 20 years, this urban farm has been offering children and parents an immersive countryside experience, all within easy reach of Paris. Animal Encounters

As soon as you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a variety of friendly animals: sheep, dwarf Alpine goats, donkeys, Göttingen pigs and an impressive draught horse. Children will have the opportunity to observe them up close, stroke them and even take part in their care and feeding each afternoon. It’s a great way to develop respect and love for animals.

Fun and educational workshops

La Ferme de Gally doesn’t just feature animals; it also offers a host of workshops to pique children’s curiosity:

Bread-making: From flour to oven, children discover the bread-making process and leave with their own baguette.
Butter-churning: An immersion into the world of cream and butter, with a tasting session to boot.
Honey extraction: Children observe the living beehive and learn about bee society, before tasting freshly harvested honey.
Gardening: From seed to plant, children learn about cultivation and leave with their own planting.
Creating animal footprints: Using moulds, children discover the tracks left by animals and make their own footprints.

These workshops allow children to discover the rural environment and develop their curiosity about the environment. They are suitable for children aged 5 to 12 and last around 45 minutes. They are offered in addition to admission to the farm and require prior booking.
