2014年10月17日，Chambourcy镇政府买下了André Derain故居及其花园的一部分，这些建筑于1986年被列入历史古迹补充名单。

2017年公园曾被重修，如今重新对公众开放，开放时间如下：
- 4月16日-10月14日：8点-20点30分
- 10月15日-4月15日：8点-18点
双轮交通工具和宠物狗（即使有拴绳）禁止入内。禁止在池塘中游泳。本规则是根据关于使用和游览André Derain市政公园的N°18/019法规而制定的。

... L'étang et le petit ruisseau attirent les oiseaux et autres petits insectes. Nous avons passé une matinée de canicule à l'ombre des grands arbres.

Un endroit très agréable ombragé et calme. Un petit étang attirent les oiseaux et libellules etc. Parfait pour lire ou simplement se reposer. Bravo à la mairie de Chambourcy !
