Tell us about your job
The brewing profession is first and foremost about production, but it’s also about sharing. Collaborative beers that allow local people to enjoy a unique experience and take on the various facets of the production profession. For example, residents of Croissy-sur-Seine have created La Paresseuse, a carrot beer that highlights the cultural identity of their town.

What’s special about you?
The P’tite Sœur brewery quickly set itself the mission of going beyond the production of craft beer to become a genuine centre for passing on know-how, with Vanessa, our Sartrouvilloise apprentice, winning the “Best Apprentice Brewer in France” award in 2023, and opening up to other local players.
