The media library is arranged in three main areas: a youth section, an adult section and a multimedia section. It also has:
- a "multipurpose" area which is devoted to a story session every Wednesday morning, becomes a cinema-media library on one Wednesday of every month (except during school holidays) and also hosts activities organised by the youth team.
- a "periodical" area with more than a hundred magazines.
- a "CD-Rom & DVD loan" area offering more than 4,000 DVDs.
- 12 freely accessible terminals for free Internet access.
