The Chef
Marine studied pastry at the Grégoire Ferrandi school and then to perfect her knowledge she spent a year learning chocolate with Pascal Le Gac, one of the ten best chocolate makers in France.
Pastry will remain her first passion where she will pass a Technical Certificate in the Maison Fauchon with chef Patrick Pailler.
Always ready for new experiences, Marine perfects herself and creates exceptional products in the marvelous universe of a Palace in Paris, Le Plaza Athénée.
