The rental of the STEP is for a minimum week (from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 11 a.m.)

2 weeks 1150 €
3 weeks 1600 €
4 weeks 1900 € per additional weeks 450 €
Payment can be made by bank transfer, check or cash.
Linen rental is included
Cleaning: after departure €50
The tourist tax per adult adult is €12.11 per week from January 1, 2019
Residents of the Agglomeration Community of Saint Germain Boucles de la Seine are not subject to this tax
Rental (unless special agreements) is made on a weekly basis from Saturday at 3 p.m. to Saturday at 11 a.m.
Reservations will be effective after the return of the signed contract and the collection of the deposit (25% of the rental cost.)
The balance will be paid upon entering the premises.
A deposit check (or a deposit) of an amount equal to 25% of the rental will be requested, not collected and returned within 15 days.
An inventory can be made on the arrival and departure of the tenant.
A WiFi connection is available on Fiber Orange
