Located in Chatou town centre, the Espace Hal Singer, which opened in September 2013, houses a media library (1,100 m²), a conservatoire (1,064 m²) and an auditorium, as well as the Espace 16/25 (250 m²) and the Salle Pierre Desproges (115 m²).
Besides housing a range of cultural facilities within one complex, all year round on Sunday afternoons, the Espace Hal Singer hosts various cultural events, shows, concerts, etc. for the benefit of young audiences.
