- a 14m² bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe with hangers and a side with shelves.
- Warm and bright living room with sofa/bed (Maison du Convertible),
TV equipped with Netflix and WiFi available. A central island with an extension and 4 high chairs to be able to eat properly and or serve as an office.
- Fully equipped open kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob, washing machine, coffee maker (Dolce Custo), toaster, electric kettle, dishes....)
- Shower room: Hair dryer, body and hair shower gel and sanibroyeur toilet (only put toilet paper).
Raised building near a busy road (but well soundproofed apartment).
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done with care.
