La Fabrique de Louise - Saint Germain Boucles de Seine

A warm and cozy environment, where the dishes are homemade, the lights are dimmed and the armchairs upholstered.

A perfect place to have breakfast, enjoy a coffee or tea, lunch and above all come and relax during tea time.

The coffees and teas come from the award-winning Pfaff roaster located in Triel-sur-Seine, the fruit juices are freshly squeezed or from producers who respect the fruits and the manufacturing process, the dairy products come from I-grec ( Les Alluets-le-Roi), a local company that works with local producers, ESATs and who also supply school canteens in Île-de-France.

Every day, La Fabrique de Louise offers soup of the day, salads and a hot dish of the day. Katia also makes almost all these pastries herself... and yes for the cheesecakes she prefers to rely on a real American, expert on the subject!

All of the packaging used (small glass jars, straws, cups, cutlery, etc.) is fully recyclable.

Strollers (and babies of course...) are accepted!
La Fabrique de Louise meets current accessibility standards.

La Fabrique de Louise now also welcomes you in the evening for even more delicacies, with a menu that gives pride of place to products, such as scallops worked in millefeuilles with a Granny-Smith apple in three textures, a back of cod in pollen crust, salsify and turnips roasted with Acacia honey, or a quenelle of roasted falafel with tahini sauce, carefully chosen cheeses and seasonal desserts.

You can also take their delicacies to take away or have them delivered to you.
