Atelier Mariló M
Mariló M is an autodidact, photographer, creator of ornaments and sculptures to wear, painter on textiles (scarves, stoles, and other pieces ...).
Immersed in the textile world for twenty years, particularly in India, nourished by this visual and tactile "matter", Mariló reflects India through her photographs, an intrinsic experience shared by the image.
Then come the objects to be worn (ornaments of neck, hand, etc.) whose various elements, ancient or contemporary, from here and elsewhere, are witnesses of the existence and passage on earth.
Of these two arts comes painting on fabrics (stoles, scarves, paintings, etc ...): paintings / art to wear.
The creations of Mariló M are all born of the experience of life: travels and discoveries of many exhibitions, sculpture during a few years (modeling, etc ...) drawing of living model, learning of textile techniques in India.
