This building was erected during the glorious era of Louis XVIII. It was used to train the King's Bodyguards from 1816.

This remarkable gabled building boasts a magnificent timber structure resembling the hull of a boat turned upside-down. Above the entrance, the exterior façade features a cartouche with the coat of arms of Louis XVIII.

The building was owned by the Army until the end of the 1990s, before being passed to the town of Saint-Germain for a duration of 99 years.

Today, it houses exhibitions, prestigious annual events, ticket offices, business events, etc.
