Brasserie Toussaint
The Brasserie Toussaint is, first and foremost, a family brewery run by Clément, the youngest of 5 siblings. Just so you know, Clément spent four years brewing in his parents' kitchen before launching his business in 2016!
Located on the heights of Louveciennes, the Brasserie Toussaint proposes:
- a traditional production of simple, unsophisticated brews: water, malt, hops, yeast and plenty of patience, for beers of character that are similar to those produced in neighbouring Belgium.
- an eco-friendly brewery: suppliers are individually selected for their produce.
- Today, the beers can be found at many outlets in Paris and the region. The hard part is probably choosing between the different brews: La Blonde, La Lucienne, La Miel, La Blanche, or the FPA French Pale Ale
